Bill took the time to talk with me to get a little bit of a back story of the truck. Upon talking with me and explaining previous experiences with the model, he determined the "shifting" trouble had nothing to do with the trans. I ended up following through with his recommendations to fix it and it worked. I would go to these guys 100% of the time for any transmission fixes any of your vehicles have. That is what I will be doing. Super honest people and very good service!

While I was chasing a noise they went above and beyond to diagnose the issue and make sure it was fixed correctly the first time, without just throwing parts at it. This is now the only business that I consider when car problems pop up.

They stayed till 8:30 at night to get me back on the road. And as if that wasn't enough, I was missing my heat shield and they pulled one off of their own Chevy and put it on mine to make sure I didn't have any more issues. They are so friendly and nice to deal with and treated us great. I can not recommend them enough!

My family has two very high mile vehicles and so I have made a few stops to All City Transmission. Most of the repairs they have performed for my vehicles have not been transmission related (although they did rebuild one of my transmissions). They have ALWAYS been able to repair my vehicles for significantly less cost than the dealership. They have never given me a reason to doubt their integrity.

I took my friend with his 95 Camaro in for a transmission flush. While it was on the lift they found the oil pressure sending unit was leaking badly. So I went and bought the part brought it back. They installed it for him for $23.00. Their customer service is GREAT.

My transfer case had blown out while driving into Kennewick, WA. It was late on a Friday night. I asked the local Les Schwab who in town does good transmission work. The guy I was working with said All City Transmission. I called All City Transmission and was told to drop it off Monday and they would squeeze me in. I located a good used transfer case and brought it with me when dropping off the truck. All City Transmission was awesome. They got it in and I was back on the road Tuesday afternoon heading home. I made it home with no problems. Thank you again to Bill and his wife for such professional service.
